Ken Lloyd is a multi-genre bassist who thrives on playing good music in different styles. He has gigged in Portland- and Boston-area bands for 30 years including driving rock and roll, pop dance bands, jazz bands of different sizes, folkie acts, funk, country, community chorus, church bands and the like.
Playing covers or originals is equally fun for Ken. He enjoys recording as well, including completed sessions and/or videos with Cristina LaPoint-Smalley, Sally Davis, Cuppagroove, Cobblestones, Mainestream Jazzmasters and Gil Donatelli Band and his latest Joan Kennedy Band.
Alex Ouellette on drums smoothly adapts to any genre he is asked to play.
Alex received his early training from jazz drummers Kevin Norton and Steve Grover. He also has his degree in music from USM.
He belongs to the band Junco and takes part in many musical projects in the local area. He adds both magic and a spark of color to Cristina’s Infusions.
David Wakefield has played Harmonica and flute in my songs. He doesn’t stop there. He also plays the Sax and writes his own music.
Being a musician for nearly his entire life,
his history includes playing all over New England. Here are a few of his ventures. The Sideline Stints, with members of the Blend, Bill Chinook, House of Blues, Cambridge House Band and many Maine projects.
He is currently playing with Pat Colwell and the Soul Sensations, the Colwell Brothers, Sean Mencher & His Rhythm Kings and Cristina’s Infusions.
Melvin Gradiz is a
groovy and funky guitarist/songwriter/recording engineer.
Melvin has worked with me on Euphoria and Get Off The Shelf and Washin You Away.
